The www.MensandWomensFragrances.com website (the"Site") is comprised of various web pages operated by Segers Enterprises LLC("MensandWomensFragrances.com"). www.MensandWomensFragrances.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the"Terms"). Your use of www.MensandWomensFragrances.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference. www.MensandWomensFragrances.com is a E-commerce Site. We offer a wide variety of mens, womens and childrens fragrances. We also offer gift sets and scented soy candles.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Return Policies Returns, Damages & Cancellations Returning an item: Unopened merchandise(except Skincare, Hair care)may be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14 days of receipt. We can't accept returns on open or used items. A refund will be issued less any shipping/gift wrapping charges. Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded. We do not offer refunds on Skincare, Hair care items due to health reasons. We do not offer exchanges on any item. Damages, UPS service: If an item is damaged it must be reported to us within 5 days of delivery. Customer should hold on to the damaged item & all packaging for 2 weeks. UPS may contact customer and/or pick up the package & merchandise. Once the claim is approved we will reship the damaged items. If the customer wants a refund or a different item they must return the item at their expense and we will issue a refund once the claim is approved. Missing packages, UPS: If an item isn't received you must notify us with 10 days of shipping. We will start a tracer with UPS which will take 8 business days to complete. Once approved we will reship the order with Signature required. If you want the item shipped immediately you would need to place a new order and we will issue a refund when the claim is approved. UPS must make contact with customer to approve claims. A credit card chargeback, providing wrong or incomplete address etc will not be covered. Undeliverable Packages: If an order is returned to us by the carrier for any reason including but not limited to (refusal, undeliverable, unavailable to sign) we will issue a refund for the items cost minus a shipping charge (cost charged by carrier to return item) Cancellation: . Request for cancellation will be honored if possible.
